Coleen holds a Bachelor of Science (Criminal Justice) from the University of Nebraska and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
She is admitted to practice before the Nebraska and Colorado Supreme Courts; the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska and the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Coleen is a former Lancaster County Assistant Public Defender.
At State Farm Insurance Companies, Coleen was Claims Litigation Counsel, Public Affairs Manager and Coordinator of their Action Network.
Coleen's professional memberships include: Nebraska State Bar Association; CPCU Society; State Chamber Public Affairs Council and the Nebraska Insurance Federation Legislative Committee. She is also a member of the Nebraska Safety Council and the Nebraska Commission on Public Advocacy.

Mick's background is in both the public and private sectors. He was vice president - marketing and public affairs for HunTel Systems, a diversified Nebraska telecommunications, cable television, Internet and technology corporation.
Twice elected to the Nebraska Legislature, Mick was chair of the Banking Commerce & Insurance Committee, vice chair of the Government, Military and Veterans Affairs Committee and served on the Judiciary and Telecommunications and Transportation Committees.
Mines is a former Mayor of Blair, NE, and served a president of: League of Nebraska Municipalities; Nebraska Diplomats; Blair Area Chamber of Commerce; Gateway Development Corporation and the Nebraska Independent Telephone Association. He was also a member of the Executive Committee of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and currently chairs the elected board of the Omaha Public Power District.

Joselyn was legal counsel at the Nebraska Public Service Commission. She also served as legal counsel for two committees of the Nebraska Legislature: Transportation and Telecommunications Committee and the Health and Human Services Committee.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Jason (JB) gained extensive experience in marketing, strategic planning and issue management while at Walt Disney World Corporation and Artisan Creed, a Lincoln, NE marketing and public relations agency he founded.
JB has consulted for numerous Fortune 500 brands and international clients that include the New York Yankees, Kawasaki International and Goodyear Tire and Rubber. He joined Bromm and Associates in 2011, and has focused on telecommunications, transportation, education and insurance. Rapid changes in technology and stronger competition have created a tougher regulatory and legislative environment. JB lives in that space of change. He leads client efforts in the Legislature to grow their competitive advantage.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, he coaches volleyball and has volunteered with Junior Achievement, Kiwanis, and the Children's Museum and Children's Zoo in Lincoln.

Curt holds degrees in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is a partner in the Wahoo, NE law firm of Bromm, Lindahl, Freeman-Caddy & Lausterer.
Bromm served 12 years in the Nebraska Legislature and was twice unanimously elected Speaker of the Legislature. He was also chair of the Telecommunications and Transportation Committee, vice chair of the Natural Resources Committee, and served on the Education Committee.
